    Two gallant dd’s restored the honor of the IJN by facing overwhelming odds.  One dd was hit 9 times by 15 of the enemy and still managed to take their dd down with it.  The other dd shot down 2 bombers and saved itself and the tt that it was protecting.  The Americans have finally decided to build cv’s for their planes.  But they still are no match for the Kido Butai (mobile force).  Perhaps this will lead to the culmination of the modern version of the Decisive Battle doctrine (Kantai Kessen), relying on CVs more than BBs.
