Sad to see the sudden collapse of the Japanese empire. We still have more units and TUV than either Britain or Russia. Portions of the empire will shrink rapidly. Even with the arrival of the secret high tech German weapons, the end is inevitable. But the Japanese gardener in Madagascar and the troops in the Phil and Borneo will fight on in the jungles for decades.
On to the switching of sides. The allies will decide how to spend their 12 bid points. Dawg, we have to choose powers.
