Jon, I am happy to play this out, but I think you just had a blunder that cost you the game. You have left Germany with only 4 inf defending it. The Americans can take denmark with transports, Britian then moves to take Germany with 2 transports and 2 fighters. One additional fighter will go with the destroyers to protect from a scramble in 113. I will go ahead and move Russia in case you wish to keep playing.

We have both won as the allies with a bid of 14, I still think the allies need a bid however. If you are down to play another we can do and lower the allied bid regardless who takes them. I think even lowering the bid to 12would help.

Jon I know we didn’t specify explicitly but the way we played at Nashcon and the way we have played since is that bids can only go where there was a unit to begin with and only 1 bid unit per territory. Otherwise nothing would stop say an American loaded transport from being bid off the coast of India.
