    Very frustrating that both amphibious assaults failed. I think I didn’t realise how thin the attack on the Celebes sub was.

    I can’t see how that 40 tank force can be prevented from claiming the middle east.

    I have been concerned about your tanks taking over the Middle East for a few turns. I agree it’s not looking good for me. I’m not quite ready to capitulate yet.

    I wasn’t expecting a capitulation yet. Just doing a bit of trash talk. The Middle East isn’t a victory city and the fall of Egypt isn’t guaranteed yet.

    I’m ready to call this one. You already have a 100 unit advantage and I’m struggling to come up with ways to keep even with you economically. Your German force will definitely take the Middle East and that will only increase the disparity in our incomes. I could hold you out of Egypt for 3 rounds at most I think and that is probably being generous for me. lol Great game Simon! You played a great game. My turn on UK1 really cut holes in my strategy and you certainly exploited the weaknesses in my plan. Thanks for the game. I will post the results.

    Thanks for the game. Was good to not have to play out to an inevitable conclusion too.

    I don’t know about BM. I’m starting to think that without the allies actually going after the NOs, they don’t have much of a chance. Some of the NOs are fine and probably add value but some just force irrational actions, like why land on Sicily? Kid will say or at least think that they did it in the actual war so let’s bring some historical outcomes. Where’s the fun in that?

    I really expect to win when I play Axis unless I screw up somewhere, which I guess I do often.
