  • Yes, I checked that as well. There’s no connection to IPC values at all. The formula is just the number of territories controlled at that start of the Chinese turn divided by 2 (unsure if it’s rounded up or down).

    Soo… it doesn’t matter what you conquer (in terms of IPCs and purchases). What you start your turn with is what generates units.

    Sorry for the edit.  I thought I can put a factory in China (I thought that is belonged to US) and turned out I couldn’t.  So I switch it with an armor and fighter.
