@Running-Away Per page 22 of the rulebook, units of another power may be transported only if that power is friendly. Per page 12, the US is not considered to be either friend or enemy to any other power while it remains neutral. Therefore, the US cannot transport units belonging to any other power while it is neutral.
The Danish Strait
-
Ok, Just wondering, is the Danish Strait closed?
-
No, it is not.
-
Great talk :-D
-
Dardanelles straits should also be closed, i don’t know much about the Danish strait.
-
Both the Kattegat and Dardanelle Straits were heavily mined during WW1, with little success of enemy fleets being able to traverse either.
In the game, ONLY enemy submarines may go through the straits unless they control; Denmark and/or Sweden (Kattegat); Constantinople (Dardanelle). -

That is just a house rule.

Neither strait is closed, but sea zones 11 and 20 are mined (while their naval bases are under the control of either their original controller or another power on the same side).
