    I move in my sub and transport. I ignore your subs and there is no battle. The transport is escorted by an warship (sub) and the amphibious landing is allowed.

    I am pretty sure this is the rule (as confirmed by Simon33 in the FAQ)

    Since we play combat move first, it is OK for you to edit your buy and place in Japan if you like

  • sure. lets wait and see, I am not 100% sure, but 99%. I think the clue is warship, a submarine is a warship. If it said a surface warship a destroyer or similar would be required
