 was thinking it would post china in brit combat post, although shouldnt affect italy decision to scramble 95? UK purchase is minor, airbase(Europe), 2 inf(Pacific). I have A&A 1914 but no one to play with. It seems incredibly unbalanced to me in favor of Allies.

 Re US fig edit: before combat rolls for China. We had to talk it through. Such a tenuous situation in Pacific.

 It is very unbalanced. The fact that the UK can place 191 units in India , doesn’t help. What was wrong with setting a limit of 4? 
 Africa is silly too. Is a total side show, with the CPs unable to reibforce in any way.
 Have you seen the Official Tournament rules? They address things somewhat.
