I entered the league this autumn. Had no clue about tiers and such and just kick-started some games. I did learn though that at this point, if aiming to enter the L20 A playoffs, I need to restrain myself from only playing tier 1 or higher and abstain from taking on greens (less than 3 games played so considered to be tier 3 by default regardless of playing strength). These two factors made me miss out on L19… along with pure neglect and sloppiness (due to stress and lack of sleep) and keeping an unsound number of simultaneous games (+10) in the air. If it was not for this, I’d take on your challenge without a blink!

I’ve been playing folks on here for the past six months or so and I’m guessing I’m a tier 2 player. Anyhow, I’d be up for adding another game to my roster, ideally with a Tier 2 player.

Hi Lennard, Once you are playing here and posting your results here, you are playing League. There is no extra step to officially join. Your tier is based on your record in the season though so it’s based on games that finish in 2020. Until you’ve recorded 3 games here you are counted, I believe, as tier 3.
