Reg dice and no tech is the way to go.
I can play all versions, but would say I’d rank them in the order of BM4, P2V, OOB.

Please forgive me, my brain is fried with tax research this season, but where are the rules for BM4? Or, what is the difference between BM4 and BM3?

@dizzkneeland33 I can’t even find how to download BM4 for Triple A. Both on our site and theirs.

So, I think I found the difference. It looks like it’s 14 IPC bombers. If this is the only change, it certainly seems dumb imho.
So, I won’t worry about BM4. Let’s play BM3. Any takers? ;)

@dizzkneeland33 It’s the only difference. Actually s mich better change than what can be thought of at first glance. Mainly discouraging a bomber spam from either side.
