^ Ouch.
I guess the consolation I would offer is that allies looked to be in a winning position anyway.
Interesting, that that is your analysis, since I think it looked extremely well for me. I had a couple of big +TUV battles.
@Majikforce: Yes I conceded, because the game is over. There’s no way to recover from losing Berlin so early without a tremendous lead.

if U can trade Paris for Moscow, then why not

Paris had nothing to do with it! Random comment.
He’s got a raging kjf. Seems to work a lot better than other strategies I’ve played against in the Pacific. Also the reclaim Egypt strategy is stronger than I would have expected

Farmboy (Allies) over MrRoboto (Axis+1) BM.
I was doing great and close to victory, but then made two mistakes within a short time, losing me first the Italian Navy and then, even worse, the German Navy too.
So hard to miss that bombers built in San Francisco can bombard the English channel. I don’t think that will happen to me anytime soon again.Interestingly enough, the game was still very close afterwards, going on for another ~20 rounds, making this probably the longest game I’ve played so far. This was due to a Japan that was making 120+ IPC a turn (without ever getting Java!). In the end, Japan had all of Africa, Turkey, the balcans. But it had to stretch the units to defend Berlin / go against Moscow and since I tried both instead of focusing on Russia, I eventually lost. Awesome game. Thank you so much, farmboy

but if he went on Japan fast, either he contain it fast, or U missed an opportunity to take London or Cairo.

I contained it fast.
I was threatening Japan from 3 (or 4) sides - Russia from Amur, china+india in Yunnan, US from Hawaii/caroline and anzac from Australia.
Even though he was winning each of those battles, his army/navy got spread out and smaller with every of those wins.

interesting strategy. :)

This game was quite epic and we went 38 turns! Quite unlike anything I’ve played before. And I got lucky (both with dice and with Roboto making a couple of key mistakes midgame with the Europe side Axis navies). Great game and great fun!
