I was in a clear winning position when I placed my units in W-Germany instead of Germany by accident. I only noticed it after the Russian turn, but since Majikforce denied the edit, the game is obviously over now.

Interesting, that that is your analysis, since I think it looked extremely well for me. I had a couple of big +TUV battles.
@Majikforce: Yes I conceded, because the game is over. There’s no way to recover from losing Berlin so early without a tremendous lead.
