Yes, but I remember @regularkid was pretty clear about it, that it’s still BM3. So I suppose that’s the designer’s intent.

There is no BM4, only BM3. The map might be 3.4.0 though.
Since I am one of the people who can change this, there is indeed a BM4. In all cases the number before the decimal point reflects a bug fix or an option, whereas the number before decimal point represents a compulsory rule change.
However, it is still referred to as “Balanced Mod3” by Triple-A. This is because the objectives from 3.0 onwards have changed.
