31 games of PtV for @mikawagunichi last year alone, and now a 20 rounder?
That is incredible
-
@gamerman01 Hopefully can match last year’s stats. 27+ rounder in progress at the moment too.

Hey guys, I need you to tell me when you’re going to play or what I can do to play. I haven’t played Triple A for a long time, so I’m mostly playing 1942 2E online, but I played the classic a lot on the board and in the old programs. Let me know, regards.

L25 Classic Ragnell804 (Axis) vs. VictoryFirst (Allies), Game 2
@VictoryFirst wins against @Ragnell804.
-
@ManuC23 Hello mate, is this the map to play classic?
-
@ManuC23 Yes.
The Classic version allows Russia 1 to attack. In that version, the bidding to play the Axis usually is somewhere in the 15-24 range.
Here the League games Play Russia Restricted, so Rus 1 only moves, no attacks. Bids seem to be in the 0 to 9 range.
Bids are expressed as IPCs. This club has no provision for secret bids, so I have only seen open, auction back and forth.
League rules out invasion of Spain and some other minor stuff.
Do you want to play a game for fun before you get into League play?
-
yes I normally used to play without the option of attacking Russia in R1, a single hit to BB and no attack on neutrals, no new industries, but it seems to me that a game or part of a game would be good to see taking a middle ground in the offers, let me know how we play and what I should do and if the map I have is correct and I should change the options, what would they be. Thank you, partner.

@ManuC23 2025-3-17-World-War-II-Classic.tsvg
yes, you have the right file. and the League rules fit what you are looking for
-
@leemorrison Yes, perfect, and how do I play this? Do I enter the triple A online or do I wait for someone on the forum to invite me?
-
@ManuC23 alrighty then, I am not very Tech oriented (kind of old, drat)
If we are playing for fun I think we just start a private chat for our emails,
Use play by forum buttons and ALWAYS type in your password, even it says saved
-
Want to make sure you realize that the league rules are offering a default setup for Classic so that there is a fallback ruleset in case you don’t agree with your opponent. You are free to adjust whatever if you both agree, for instance, the Russian restricted attack, the neutrals, Spain, new IC’s, whatever.
In other words, the league rules setup is to help you, NOT hinder or restrict
-
@gamerman01 thank you
this will be my first attempt at starting a game. I have opening a private chat with ManuC23 and given him my email.
What is required next. I am awaiting his response and stated that we need to use the play by forum button and always enter password
-
@leemorrison Well, now we both have each other’s emails, what do we do?
