Hey Gargantua I found a discrepency in the dice rolls… I dont know if it will matter much in the long scheme of things but I thought I would point it out. I have 2 sets of dice from marti for the defense of Algeria. The first set shows that the Americans had 3/4 hits.

It means all neutrals are now PRO ALLIES.
So you can walk into them and activate them for free.
For example if you move into those neutrals in non combat in Southern Africa, they will Join your forces!

I am being nice! I just attacked the true neutrals and gave you some life! instead of sacking just one more victory city on either map :)
