    As long as the subs are around, my ool will be carriers, destroyer, tac, battleship, fighters. If it looks like I would still likely win, I would sacrifice air before the destroyer, if you have surviving subs.

    Once the subs are gone the ool would be destroyer, tac, carriers, fighters, bomber. And again, if it looks like I can do so and still win, I would sacrifice fighters before the carrier or battleship.
