Does the rules actually say what happens to a major that is bombed out so bad that downgrading will automatically destroy it due to having more damage than what a minor can hold or are we just applying logic here? Because if that’s the case, you might want to welcome the enemy to bomb your factory if you’re going to lose it.

I agree. It is also not rules compliant.

I agree with the sentiment that the UK and US should be able to relocate capitals. In fact, while it doesn’t have a VC, Central United States could also qualify as one since it has Chicago. It could always be added as a symbolic VC, since it won’t tilt the balance of a game unless Germany pulls off a once in a blue moon American invasion.

I’m with ghr.  The strength of Russian infantry is in their mass, not left to die in a 33% that they take out an Axis Infantry with them.

Yes, they have to take it back, collect their income and then wait till next turn to spend it.

(Providing the Germans don’t take it again before their next turn.)
