    I wouldn’t have submerged the Russian sub in 115.  I think you should re-roll it
    The edit is illegal.  The mech and tank that were in Poland came from West Germany.  They can’t move 3 spaces from West Germany to Romania.
    I’ll wait until you fix these 2 items -

    Forgot to move the sub, then realized Italian bomber could hit infantry at Bel and the Germans could blitz through to Arc

    I think you should have moved a sub to Z125 to prevent USSR from earning 3 more - the Allies don’t have a destroyer in range or anything.
    Feel free to edit a sub to 125 and remove 3 IPC’s from USSR bank account
