Sure, dawg, first of all don’t worry too much about the later rounds after the snowballing -
I think Germany should be more urgent toward Russia and less worried about the Western Front
With the increased NO’s for Russia in BM it is important to get after themJapan needs to be careful not to take more Chinese land than it can garrison - it’s tricky with the balanced mod.
I think Japan needs to declare war by round 3 at the latest to keep India and ANZ from getting lots of money and not losing transports - Europe’s just going to have to deal with the USA coming on round 3 instead of 4
Japan needs to try very hard to stay ahead of the Allies at sea for as long as possible. I think Japan should try very hard to deny the Allies setting up and staying at the Carolines. It’s nice to collect the money island NO every turn but not critical. It is very important for Japan to keep China at bay (not necessarily dominate them) and also keep India on the defensive.Italy needs to try to always have at least 1 or preferably a few ground units at or near the Russian front. Their mere presence reduces Russia’s options tremendously. It is more important than bolstering the fleet, like with the carrier.
It’s nice to be able to take North Africa or Egypt or Med islands with Italy, but all those are luxuries - I am always ready to give up on them in favor of helping with Russia - I think keeping Russia down (if you can’t take it over outright) is extremely important and expansion of Italy is a luxury.
I think you have good tactical skills. There aren’t big holes in your actual movements or huge weaknesses in your purchases, so I gave you some overall grand strategy bullet points above

I guess there was one tactical move that was very weak, that I remember.
The Italian fleet move to 92 that resulted in UK sinking them without much losses was not a good move. It would make sense if you took Gibraltar with that move and if you can keep the USA from taking Gibraltar and then UK coming through, because then the Italian fleet wouldn’t get sunk cheaply.
