National Objective Cards

Do people see Italy as an Axis minor? I don’t, I know it’s the poorest major power in the game but it’s still a major power. My two cents on this debate is you either take Italy and have it support Germany when it invades USSR or you use Italy as a naval power to keep India and UK from linking up or you can take a more questionable route and try to do both.

Is this deck the original rules for A&A Global 1940?

It looks really cool but I don’t want to order something that is a variant.

Also, do you suggest 1 deck per power so people can peruse during the games.

In your example, there are three possible outcomes:
1 > The British warships kill ALL the German fighters. RESULT: Invasion of Denmark by Britain proceeds.

2 > The British warships and German fighters wipe each other out. RESULT: US transports left in now friendly sea zone 112. Invasion of Denmark by Britain proceeds.

3 > The German fighters kill ALL the British warships and at least 1 fighter survives. RESULT: US transports left in a hostile sea zone 112. While German fighter is defending and thus can NOT hit US transports, landing of British troops in Denmark is prevented by that German fighter. INVASION CANCELLED.
What is worse, now you have a stack of defenseless US transports loaded with British troops very close to Germany and the US doesn’t move again until after Germany does. Unless Britain has something to put up there to protect those transports, 1 German plane can fly there to destroy all those US transports and UK troops with ease.

Russia doesn’t get the bonus.
The rule doesn’t say “Axis powers that Russia is at war with.”
So, Germany can deny Russia’s bonus even if they aren’t at war with Russia.

Another thing, if Italy captured a Russian territory on its turn, Germany could noncombat move into that territory without declaring war.

Such a lame rule

I think what I am going to do is use Bob’s chart and then make copies of the roundels to move on a separate layer on top of it all.  I want it to be readable and appealing at the same time.  I was just hoping there was an easier way to do it already out there.
