I just needed normal or better rolls in this combat, but again Lady Luck was on your side.  Hi Bart, maybe try it with little presents. Lady luck might be thankfull as most ladies are :wink: 
 I stay with my oppinion, that dice are part of the game and in the long run it should even out…Besides that, Japan is hard to stop when it gains naval superiority. It’s airforce is far to big from the beginning - IMO. Anyway, thank you for the game!

 Dice and therefore luck are part of the game. And you are right, if the dice roller being used is statistical then things will even out in the long run. But that is where the problem is, the dice roller isn’t statistical…… 
 It favor’s extreme rolls somehow, things don’t even out. You especially see that in sea battles. But it’s a fun game to play, although a bit frustrating sometimes.
 And I made enough mistakes this game to deserve to loose. It was a lot closer than you might think. I think I would have conquered Rome next turn without you being able to take it back, which would be the end as well. I just paid to little attention to Japan the last couple of turns…I’m always up for a rematch. You want to play the Axis agian? If so, just start another game… Regards, Bart.
