i think there’s still a lot of life left. You have so many stacks on the mainland as japan it’s hard to land anywhere. And France is looking really weak in Turkey and the Middle East. Germany can still throw 136 in any direction, and Italy has most of Africa and 86 income.
Collectively, subtracting Yamamoto’s production, I’m only up by 21 ICs, and I can see Russia falling completely off with their limited income and the collective might of the Axis.

I think there’s some gas in the tank! But it is up to you.
My advice would be to do some “all-in” spending on one front each round to punch through. You have the mainland pretty well protected. My thoughts:
Have Germany max deploy in Moscow. This round, 10 super tanks. Next round, 10 Me262’s. Round 3, crush the Russian middle capital with 100% success rate. I can’t get anything there in time. Russia is at 18, to Germany’s hundreds. Push on to the Far East.
The other part of your money should be mostly navy when the time is right. You have enough planes to drop 4 carriers and load them with the planes already built. the US has little left against that. Until then keep up the plane builds. They can move so far and throw a lot of power into a new front that ground units alone can’t stop. With the Allies needing navy everywhere, I have to protect against the possibility of a dozen planes converging on my fleets. If everything consolidated in Italy, my fleet would have to run, as I can’t buy enough stuff in 2 rounds in the Med to withstand an assault from 20+ planes.
Italy could on some future turn also drop several carriers on the East side of Italy. Wait for the moment when I’m distracted and the Med fleet is thinned out. Plus use those dollars. Super tanks and bombers might take it. A LOT of Allied money will have to go towards slowing down your Turkish advance.
Speaking of which, Romania will sweep through and crush Turkey and the Middle East. I’m going to have to find a way to stop it, or else they could push on through to Egypt with the help of newly acquired factories. If Germany keeps up the naval builds, which are expensive, the US can’t offer any support. And if Italy keeps pushing for Cairo, the UK can only defend as well. Romania will beat France in isolation.
Hisaichi still has 80+ ICs. Use that to build mobile units to push on in and crush China. China’s income is so small. You’ll have plenty left after max defense in your capital. That’s only a matter of time, but at this point it’s do what you can to help Germany. If the UK gets invaded, it’s a whole new game. Or if Egypt and the Middle East collapse.
All that aside, it will come down to how effective my invasion of China will be. If they unravel quickly, then any gains on other fronts like the Middle East won’t come fast enough.

Likewise you feel the same after a loss, like losing Moscow. “Well, that sucked! But at least Japan is about to fall.” etc. I just know that on my end I feel really close to losing the game. There have been several “oh shit!!” moments, like when I realized your Italian stack was much closer to attacking NE Egypt than I thought.
Which ultimately gave you Turkey, cause I couldn’t protect both and had to prioritize.
