Hmm, interesting. I wasn’t expecting an attack there but I don’t think I counted on the can opening either. Perhaps I should have.
The reason you continued the attack was because you wanted to kill my planes I guess.

Well I saw the US overload in the atlantic and Russia stacking up there for an early Norway take. So I figured I could take out your air force with some losses to mine and put pressure on Novgorod with my Noncom move and also move south on you without those troops from the north to help defend russia but it was only a 77% so not a slam dunk but to lose it the way I did would spell certain doom for Germany. Been there done that. Wanna set it up again?

Going after a USA landing on Norway is my standard move as Allies. Not convinced it was an overload. USA takes a while to make any difference in the Pacific, although I guess the counter to that is if they don’t then the Axis can win there relatively quickly.
