Do you have any clue why UK Pacific didn’t get the bonus for no subs in western half of Indian Ocean? It doesn’t mention being at war with Japan for that objective.

I didn’t ask for OOL in sz97, since Ger sank the entire Bri fleet on round 1, as expected. This will be my first Sea Lion attack. I didn’t strat bomb since my AA luck is terrible and losing a bomber and rolling low damage wouldn’t have been worth the loss of planes. Also, I would of had to escort with figs, with the Bal Mod die roll rule at 2 instead of 1. Once, in a pbem game I strat bombed Lon and gave max damage. But I wanted to take out the Bri fleet and do it in one die round to minimize loses.
I’ve never done Sea Lion before because not building land units for the first 2 turns would make Rus too strong in Europe 40. Global would be offset with Japan racing thru China. But Bal Mod will slow Japan down, so the Euro Axis will be hard pressed to invade Rus. -
I would have certainly strat bombed with a couple escorts and omitted 97 probably but this could work too.

I needed overwhelming force to minimze loses in sz97 and couldn’t afford loses from both missions. 11 trans and 11 planes should be enough to succeed, but I’m not experienced enough with it to know what you might build to foil me, and the dice could make it very costly.

Took a long time to plan and decide. More complicated than Europe 1940 alone. Wasn’t in position to take as much as last game after DOW, but felt Jap needed more than FIC and had a chance to take out the ANZ tran and some solitary dd’s in prep for T3. Euro Axis not happy. Could have been attacked from India, Aus and Java with varying combos or in succession. Not taking Yun last turn due to bad dice, allowed China to build art and threaten any small scale advance towards stacked Chi inf.
