Not sure how ANZAC taking FIC effects the political rules against Japan? If it starts war with them then I’d like to redo that, but I think its all good.

ANZAC taking FIC doesn’t affect Japan, except that they need to DOW on UK to take from them. They should still get the NO if they don’t do so though.
K. I guess we will have to wait until they are able to free up some space for downloads.

Actually, I think I was wrong about FIC. ANZAC aren’t at war on the Pacific map, therefore they don’t have a combat move and can’t attack. They also can’t activate a friendly neutral.
I agree that they are not at war with anyone in the Pacific but they are at war with Germany and Italy so they do get a combat move. As for FIC it shows as unfriendly neutral on the politics panel due to the vichy rules. I think I can do it but we can get a ruling to verify. Simple enough to undo if I’m wrong. Cheers!
