Had to edit an armour back to London. Kind of strange that you dont get the bonus if you dont have a ground unit there, but I guess represents occupation. Still, I get the 6 ipc taxes without any unit, why not the objective?

no, it’ll remain active so long as japan and russia are not at war. your sub there isn’t having any effect (so feel free to move it elsewhere)

however, it can still be useful there if you suspect that russia will DOW next turn. then it immediately takes effect
