I am looking at http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=30776.0 about the Mongolian rule and I’m puzzling too…according to the info if Japan attached Russia controlled territories next to Mongolia the Mongolia troops would become Russian. I am not too clear about the act…

 I got it now! The roles say: 2) If Russia attacks Korea or a Japanese controlled territory bordering Mongolia, then the Mongolians will never join Russia In Round 5 the Russians attacked the Chinese territory Suiyuyan, which was controlled by Japan and so the rule above is fulfilled. Thats really bad for Russia and I didn’t expect it myself :-o 
 And I will learn from this, to never recapture theese former Chinese countries :-D
