also, meant to buy a minor IC with england but completely blanked, is it okay if I just make the ipc adjustments when I’m placing? I’ll do it all in edit mode at the end of the turn to make sure I place the proper value of units…thanks

England? There’s already an IC there. Scotland? Just nominate where you want it and I don’t mind. No issues with that since you’ve nominated before rolling (although you obviously mistyped the location - you don’t have to lock that in until place phase anyway).
