Scramble?
Oh this game is over. Happy to concede it. Been obvious for a while with only Italy doing well, but I don’t think they’ll be able to do much besides extinguish the British from Africa.
All those bombers for USA are pretty impressive!
I’m wondering if I saw that Norway could be reinforced with troops picked up from London?

Good game!
Italy doing well is nice, but doesn’t compensate for Japan doing poorly.
Your Japan’s been more resilient than it could thanks to the Pyrrhic victory in sea zone 6.
Letting Norway go is always a big mistake, I can’t emphasize that enough. Bombers can land there in one turn and hit everything. Fighters are one turn from Moscow with the airbase. It really swings the income and put the Axis on the defensive with the potential landing in Germany.
Didn’t you DOW UK1? I’ll have to have a look at why Japan was doing so badly. Normally you expect domination after a move like that.

I did go after Japan with the UK, Anzac, Russia and China.
Yeah, I guess so. And in Game I you went after them pretty hard with Russia. I don’t think I’ve seen that strategy being so aggressively pursued before. Seems to work.

If you can keep Japan at bay, it’s a big deal. Big difference in USA spend between strong Japan and weak Japan.
I view the early Soviet involvement against Japan as an investment (more help on USA Atlantic, from UK Pacific and more less likelihood of getting Soviet income chopped up)
