Number 2 sounds the best. I dont know how to roll forum dice, so that would be great if you can do that. I’ll take my tips and lowest dice first and save my best defense to be taken last.

I scroll up the page to see the history, so I look at my combat for US, It shows the hits to dice as a fraction. Is there any way we can average the 5/7 and your 6/12 on R 1 of combat? If not thats cool too its only a game.

Had a look Kris. I was feeling bad about those round 1 re-rolls, so am happy to rethink. You are correct - on triple A the US got 5 hits and J got 6. So we could assign round one according to that and then use forum dice for round 2, etc to finish the combat.

How does US take the 6 hits? That is the same as the forum dice, so my guess is one each on the 2 BBs, 2 to kill the carrier and both destroyers? Leaving 2 damaged BBs, 1 cruiser, 1 fig and 1 TB.

I’m glad you know how to roll on the forum I’m not real comp literate.
The second job sucks I’ve had to work 7 out of the last 8 Sundays when E.E. is on. I have to figure out how to watch it on my computer. The extra $ is nice and once the kids graduate I can do some traveling, I might even get over there and do some gaming and sight seeing at least once in my life. . .ooh mods to the Mustang, more war games,reno. this old house and so much more.
