Hi Kris
You understandably took J’s ACs as casualties sz45, meaning all the planes were subsequently lost. Given J’s odds on that combat (i.e. 100% given USA’s 11 HP and 22 power vs J’s 15 and 37) I would not have done that. Instead I would have been judging the battle as it went and taking carriers only as I felt necessary.
How do we sort this out?
Well done taking Egypt by the way and blocking my TTs from getting there!

Scrap a couple of planes and add a Carrier with planes, and maybe a damaged one, I cant remember all the hits without trying to go back thru the history.
I should have asked your OOL, sorry. I think we can figure out something.

I dont know how to re-roll the battle, planes defend better than carriers. R 1 It looks like I had 5 for 7 and you had 6 for 12, R 2 I had 3 for 5 and you had 5 for 10.

I don’t keep the MARTI rolls, so unless you do I think we have 2 options that don’t involve you redoing all 3 goes:
1. I revise J’s losses to match the number of hits achieved by the USA. That might mean “scrap a couple of planes and add a carrier with planes” as you suggest, but I would look more carefully than that. As you know, this advantages J as J’s defence rolls would have been less.
2. Re-roll the battle, but using the forum dice roller not triple A. We would both have to accept an outcome that may be worse for either J or USA. This seems fairer, so it is what I suggest. We’d have to post the dice rolls turn by turn allowing each nation to pick casualties.
Do you want to do option 2? In which case do you know how to do forum dice rolls? If not, I can do USA round 1 for you.

Number 2 sounds the best. I dont know how to roll forum dice, so that would be great if you can do that. I’ll take my tips and lowest dice first and save my best defense to be taken last.

I scroll up the page to see the history, so I look at my combat for US, It shows the hits to dice as a fraction. Is there any way we can average the 5/7 and your 6/12 on R 1 of combat? If not thats cool too its only a game.

Had a look Kris. I was feeling bad about those round 1 re-rolls, so am happy to rethink. You are correct - on triple A the US got 5 hits and J got 6. So we could assign round one according to that and then use forum dice for round 2, etc to finish the combat.
