uh… changing ncm is no problem, I even didn’t mind changing usa’s ncm AFTER dice was rolled on china’s and uk’s turn. normally that’s a no no for obvious reasons.

Axis Dominion and I would make mention, like this, of a build change before any dice were tossed and I have since gotten into this habit. I could have stopped play, downloaded the end of the china turn and restarted the UK turn with the changed buy, I think if you look closely you will see my statement that I was going to change the buy was prior to the dice being thrown…I think the time stamp on the thread and the marti dice etc will show it was declared prior to any dice for the UK. I will NOT do this going forward if you still have a problem with it after you look again. Please review again and let me know. Sorry to have caused any grief!
and if you still take issue with the changed buy just edit it on your turn, delete the sub and add an inf in egy and add an in in S.Africa.
