I don’t recall who got the first choice in Gettysburg; it may have been decided by a dice rolls at the beginning of the game. For PTV, the Axis are more vulnerable to quirky and devastating battles; whereas the Allies may have much more resilience. Recommend giving the Axis the first re-roll. My recollection is that this was used only in extreme cases, as a player did not want to give up the re-roll option to an opponent. As we are agreeing to this rule after the fact, it is too late to apply it to a G-1 battle.

I dont remember on top of my head, but if I have 3 fighters in India and you attack with 2 bombers and 1 fighter I will definately intercept. If I only have to fighters there I will not intercept
