British IC in West India?

I recently played my first alpha 2 game, and it did at much needed balance too the game buy lessening of the American war time economy. Also with the addition of infantry and fodder to the german war machine. Anyways, in a regular A&A Europe 1940, if the axis don’t have the game won on turn six is practically impossible. This is because on turn seven, even an incompetent USA player will have enough amassed force to destroy a province and gain a foothold in europe which is the end. The only chance Germany would have is if they control russia and have all their forces in france and central europe.

Can one build an IC in any type of neutral as long as he controls it?

Don’t forget to meet the min. requirements for TT placement of (2) on minors and (3) Major factories.

1)  It’s just the first one.

2)  Just the one.  There are no “neutral countries”.  Each neutral territory is independent.

Exactly- if you look at the hi-res pic of the board- it looks like the desert runs along the border between West and Central.  While the border itself it bright blue (not covered by the white of the desert as it is along the SW border of Algeria) the desert looks like it covers the entire border on the FWA side- making a crossing impossible.  But it Does need to be clarified.

Sounds like a waste. Best to just build when the german fighters are not in range (aka, fighting russia) or even just save for a turn or two.

I’m wondering if someone could clarify this to me.

I’ve heard that India and Great Britain will have separate IPC incomes. If that’s true, does that mean all British Pacific territories goes to the Indian IPC?

Does this also mean that there’s a possibility that there can be a houseruled seventh player as British India? Would it work?

I also heard that the United States has a split income as well between the Atlantic and Pacific. So does that also mean that there could very well be an (again, houseruled) eighth player playing as either the European American forces or the Pacific American forces?

Higher number of possible players is 10:

USSR France UK India ANZAC China USA Germany Italy Japan

You’re not going to have much fun playing one minor allied … just give to one player all the minor allies, so practical max number is 7 players

Knowing me I will do this, just like AA50 I sometimes broke out China from the US. Believe me I could get 10 people over, (a lot of them suck, but compared to a lot of people on here I guess I suck  :-P ) That will be fun!

As I said, the only time this would be good is if Russia holds all its territories and is about to attack Germany, and so Japan captures 1 territory to stop them.
