My group usually uses control markers for 10, especially in stacks that won’t be splitting up anytime soon (like in Moscow)

If by “original” Global 1940 you mean 1st edition, the 1st edition Europe and Pacific FAQs should answer your questions.

You can push for Egypt after taking Russia. It can be difficult.

Yeah the income is from National Objectives. It is the same in Pacific, only there it is a flat rate increase, rather than being split into 5.

If you have the AA guns around do you have the white complexes from one of the old games?
I use the complexes & AA Guns from old games. I much prefer that over the silly little squares that are so hard to pick up.
