These pieces have been in game since start. So Id say at least 12 games so far.

So, here is my purchase order for M2:
Grenadier,         C8
Tiger,                 C7
SS Panzer,         C14
Regular Tank.    C6
                      = 35 icp

Been in Games since start. Have played 12 games so far. Not as over powering as you think. Still need inf buys, Art, transports, repair damage to IC’s and so forth.

More Grenadier build up all along the game.

YES 2 every turn pretty much mandatory.

Russia can off set it too with there IS-2 buys. Plus Russia setup key too. Russia strong in game. to a certain point. Only way Russia can lose Moscow is a major push with Germany and Italy. But then UK be licking there chops with US help in Europe. Remember Germany can only build 2 units in Yugo (2) (minor IC) matched to territory value in builds. So they need more fast movers if they dont buy trannys or they loose trannys from US H. Bombers. or need to buy Destroyers for protection. Also there is no Airbase in Berlin. If the US bombing gets to out of control may add one. But now bombers a lot weaker on attacks against navy so may not need to. Have to see.
Always wondered why there never was an airbase printed on map for Berlin and Rome.
I think I will add them to game. The rest of Capitals have them. Besides if Germany wants to send transports to Finland or Lengingrad they should have to protect them anyway. Airbase only used for +1 move or defense of home fleet.
Im gonna look at map now and see what the possible outcome would be with an Airbase in Berlin and Rome.

So, if I have 15 IPCs for M2 units, I go Grenadier and Tiger, if I have more I buy also SS Panzer. Meaning, if I had more than 29 IPCs for Tanks, then I can consider purchasing regular Tank. Or, if I have only 28 IPCs, my last unit will be Tank instead of SS Panzer.

That would be the optimizing way of purchasing M2 Tank units.

Is this kind of priority you want when Germany’s player will look into buying Tank?
Do you expect a different behaviour? If the case, then you have to still tweak your Tank roster.

By going to Eng-vann formula I had to raise the attack values to be close to a med tank. The older values for M2 units were lower. Will the increase in attack values for M2 units be to strong,?  Dont know yet. Have not played these new M2 values in game yet. i may go to only allowed to build 1 SS panzer tank per turn.

I was waiting for this reply lol. I dont plan on changing the tank roster. If I raise Tiger to C8 be to weak. These pieces are in game for history.

Could give H. Tanks 2 hits with lower AD values but its the Panzer Tank thats the issue.

I meant tweaking numbers on your actual Tank roster. Not changing it.
You better know both what you are looking for and game-play interactions they provides.
I cannot suggest many things because IDK all your intent.
For instance, restricting Tiger Tank to 1 per turn and giving highest punch for highest cost is pretty accurate.

If you use Enigma sheet for 2 hits, it is assuming BB mechanics.

Yes did use eng chart for 2 hit at c10 for tank. A8

If you put 3 Tigers together, they can absorb 3 hits before loosing a unit.
Perfect for strafing.

With your rule of 1 per turn, working like damage BB is solid, IMO.

If 5 or 6 together with Infs, this might be out of control, in end games.
Assuming you did not loose too much Tigers in previous rounds.

Seems both correct. C10 Tank is a higher cost investment, but 2 hits worth it. In addition, you get better attack than naval aircraft, same cost.
