Historical Board Gaming has everything you need. In the event you want a lot more pieces of all types (say if you don’t want to use chips anymore), you can buy Axis and Allies 1942 to cannibalise the pieces (assuming you’re playing Global 1940, and this works vice versa).

Try looking on E-Bay too (if you haven’t already).
Also, you can practically “build” your own 50th Anniversary Edition… I think you can print the PDF rules, I’m thinking there’s a printable AA50 map on the forums here (take it to a print shop and print it)… bingo, you got the rules and the map… units… super easy… use units from any edition and/or order from HBG.
