    Hmm… had to look that one up.

    According to the book:

    “An air base is considered to be inoperative if it has 3 or more damage points. It can’t increase air unit range or allow air units to scramble.”

    Since there’s only 2 in damage I guess it’s operational.

    It will depend on what you bring.
