Personally, it’s in UK I believe - though I’ve just lost another game where Sealion was a huge success. That’s because he went all out with 24 units attacking at once.

Japan made a few big mistakes too. Not least being not buying a TT J3. If China can hold Manchuria, the 3IPC per turn is hard to stop.
