Which installation file did you download and from which source?

I am wondering about this file, as it is not part of the installation, at least not of mine 1.8.0.9 version of TripleA …

Edit:
After googleing “rwd” I found out that you are probably talking about the AxisAndAllies-Computer Game (Hasbro 1998) - and not about TripleA?
These are different programs.
