    I destroyed Ur Gibraltar troops even without cruiser. And if I knew that USA can attack me, I would not sent the cruiser there.

    If U want U can spare it and move it to Normandy Bordeaux.

    No, because US isn’t at war with Japan and you can’t land planes in neutral territories, like Russia is to US. US also has movement restrictions while not at war with the Axis.
