    Balladeer, can I have a couple hours for a US non-combat manouver, unrelated to any UK combat rolls? Need to be away an hour or so, but would do then.

    Hmm, the Norway attack is illegal with 2 inf, 1 art and 2 fighters, as the AA has to be unloaded but is unable, so the 2nd infantry shouldn’t have been unloaded either… How shall we handle this?

    I do hate those transport rules so much. Think its the 4th time I am corrected on them. I believe you, but what is the explicit mistake this time, I dont get it. If I cant unload both, neither cannot?

    Exactly! You have to unload the whole transport at once in combat move, or not unload at all.

    I believe it’s different in NCM, not sure though.

    As said in case inf and aa are loaded in the previous turn during ncm it is legal to just unload the inf during next turns combat move. The aa has be stay on the tt then as no ncm from the same tt is possible in the same turn.

    I checked the map now. The Norway attack was legal. As said, the reason is that these units were loaded during NCM of the last turn. In this case there is no requirement to unload all units.

    After reading the rules again, for once I did not make a mistake. Whatever was loaded at the start of the turn already can offload, but does not have to. I certainly hope that this is why I did not offload the turn before, as I made that mistake with you before.
