Not sure what you mean by rolling a 4? But I can delete my cruiser and edit an AA gun on malta if you like? And bomber in southern italy? I can see the mistake :-) The sub was still a casualty I see.

Well, you did get a hit with the bomber on Malta. That’s why I edited te cruiser. I count that roll as a hit on the cruiser. You don’t need to reroll. You won that seabattle.
Not sure if you know this already but maybe next time if you want to check if your planes are on the right seazone, ctrl+B on that seazone. That way you can check wich units are in that seazone :-)
