When u say before,
U mean in some previous round(turn)
Or it can mean previous battle of the same turn ?

It has to have been attacked before the turn phase you intend to fly over the neutral.

Any French ship in that sz becomes Vichy when it’s activated.
And what if there is a French fighter or UK fighter on French AC in sz 93
what happens with them?
