I think you’ll find that the combination of G4 and J4 DOWs won’t work for you.

The axis need to press their unit superiority advantage before the Allies economic advantage bites.

On I2 you should have taken Gibraltar on Combat Movement. That was the problem. If you look closely, you can still see yellow under the Italian units.
