    we could make it a playtest for the SierraLeone-starts-out-British-instead-of-neutral thing.  It would be a regular league game and I would play with NO BID.  All we do is edit Sierra Leone to be a U territory from the start.  I don’t think it can make any difference one way or the other but they want some games played that way to prove the point I guess.
