sure, we can resume once you become available. And good luck in your semifinal game.
-
Thank you, I’m glad I asked
-
It’s going at a pretty slow pace :|
I may be ready to continue here before that game is actually complete - I’ll let you know -
ok, thanks for the update… I already forgot what was this game about… my team finished our semifinal XDAP game in the meantime… now I guess it will many long months before the final game starts… so feel free to continue here whenever you are ready
-
Final game and then two games against us from the pits, so not really a final game??
Well, I moved US/UK in 8 hours so it’s up to JDOW how fast the game goes
-
is something happening in the pits at all???.. I thought all that activity just died off months ago. If the regular bracket winner would have to wait for whoever emerges from pits and then play 2 games against them… then the tournament would be like 2 years longer I guess. Eventhough it would be nice to have a backup option of the pits if we failed the final game, but frankly, I just hope Garg will drop the pits (due to lack of progress there).

Wheatbeer and I are also waiting for 4th round opponents. We had a bye first round and 2 wins round 2 and 3.
However that tournament was bound to fail from the beginning. Double elimination in A&A G40 team game is just ridiculous. Never gonna end for sure.
So I kind of gave it up. In addition by the way my ally Wheatbeer has no disappeared for >6 months. I also lost contact on Facebook with him. -
Plus: the organizer Garg is also in general not present. Such a tournament totally depends from an organizer being around all the time.
-
Right
Well I’m in the pits and the point of the pits is the survivor gets to play the survivor of the main bracket, but the pit winner would have to win twice. So I’m just saying, don’t count your championship so early. If there’s no life in the pits except for me, then I guess I’m the survivor. -
Thank you for the break. I think it is helping me to concentrate on one tough game at a time. I guess I can’t handle taking the same side in 2 tough games at the same time, where one is balanced mod and one is 2nd edition :-P
-
I am sorry Gamerman, but I have to concede this one. Unfortunately, my interest in A&A has died off, but you were winning anyway. Good luck in your playoff game(s).
-
Sorry, man, I hate to win that way, but thanks for the quick reply.
You’re sure?
-
yes, I am sure here… sorry again for terminating this prematurely, but I believe you have more than enough fun with your playoff games.
-
OK, thanks for confirming -
Playoff game has been a great one, and hoping to play for the championship again, yes, but without you to deal with, I can probably handle a couple of lesser opponents now instead.
I guess I did have a monster stack on Moscow and good progress in the Pacific, and all the balanced mod NO’s on my side so yeah, you are probably rightAll the best with your other endeavors, thanks for the competitive games

And you had to occupy a bunch of Chinese territories, but man, 9 German bombers and a good push into Russia, and Japan not necessarily going down, yes this one was going to be a tough fight for some time and outcome definitely in doubt, just to be clear
