I saw several of those expansions in their bins during the play-test weekend. I would recommend contacting Mr. Friend about them. I know for a fact that they have some Croatia and a few Winter War. Didn’t really look into the others.
1. The ships are neutral until you activate the territory, then they become yours.

3. Yes they are at war with UK. You be hurtin if you don’t attack UK on Italy turn 1. If you play it right you can push the UK navy right out of the Med.
I do understand that there is a new map with a 36,39,and 42 scenario setup being worked on and play testing. but is there a different set up for the current 1939 map, like 1940,41, or 42? just wondering.
I do need to produce some UK Infantry markers, i will put that on our list.
island Warfare is delayed but we are looking on the best way to produce these sets with our factory.
We are actually changing the way you can purchase pieces on the site, no more ones or two, there will be a 5 min. on pieces and markers. We have to do this to keep us going.
