I think it is! That was epic, very much back and forth for a long time.
I think we can conclude from our two games that the Axis are indeed stronger on this map and that bid higher than 10 is in order to make the game balanced ;)
I got some wins with the Allies in the tournament, giving me false confidence that I could go lower with the Allies. That was my mistake against you. That being said, I think you did a much better job in the final, finishing me off in 9 rounds or so. Better than 27 for sure!

In this game the 9 IPC wasn’t enough for me, but I think 27 Rounds is a sign for a pretty good balanced game :-D
