I don’t understand the Turn Summary, which indicates that the U.S. got 7/10 hits in Round 2

The second Marti notification @ 11:47 indicated yet another 10 US rolls for Round 2 of 5,6,6,6,1,5,6,6,2,3 for total 3 hits.
So if two of the three second round rolls were BOTH counted, there were 7 hits total as indicated in the Turn Summary. All three are with US full force (not a later round minus the Japanese hits for the second round).
Similarly, there are three Marti notifications for the Japanese Round 2 (all 15 units): 10 hits @ 11:46, 11 hits @ 11:47; 8 hits @ second 11:47–of which ONLY second (11 hits) was counted in the Turn Summary.
What is going on?

Sorry. I edited in the results of the sea battle in SZ 42 and took the Italian turn yesterday morning (see Marti notifications starting 8:51 AM) but apparently forgot to post the map.

I am only counting 6 casualties in sz 42, when I scored 7 hits. 4 in round 1 and 3 in round 2. So by my math 1 more casualty must be taken.
